When to use
Scotts® Quash® Slug & Snail Killer is designed to last longer under damp conditions when slugs and snails are most active. When slugs and snails eat Scotts® Quash® Slug & Snail Killer they lose their appetite and crawl back to their shelter where they die, leaving no visible dead slugs or snails. Uneaten pellets eventually break down, plants can utilise this available iron chelate for healthy growth.
Scotts® Quash® Slug & Snail Killer is ideal for use around seedlings, potted plants, vegetables and perennials.

How to Use
- Sprinkle Scotts® Quash® Slug & Snail Killer around seedlings and plants.
- Use 50 pellets (approximately 1 teaspoon) per m2 of soil.
- For best results apply after rain or watering.
Considerations
- Keep out of reach of children and animals.
- Do not place pellets in heaps.
- Do not apply to the foliage of edible plants or plants close to harvest.
- Wash hands and exposed skin thoroughly after using.
- Dog Owners: While Scotts® Quash® Slug & Snail Killer is safer than alternative slug & snail baits, we still recommend keeping it away from dogs as they may find it attractive to eat, and it can be toxic if consumed. If an animal consumes the product, contact a veterinary surgeon IMMEDIATELY.
*Scotts® Quash® Slug & Snail Killer contains a taste deterrent to deter consumption by children and pets. The active ingredient in this product is Iron Chelate which is safer than alternative metaldehyde or methiocarb based slug and snail baits.
