When to use
FEATURES

- Extreme Green is phosphorus-free, which means it can be safely used anywhere in New Zealand without posing any risk to ground or surface water
- Children and pets can safely re-enter lawn areas after application
SUITABLE FOR
- All lawn grasses including all varieties of buffalo, couch, Santa Ana couch, kikuyu, bent, fescues and carpet grass
- All grass substitutes such as dichondra (also known as pennywort or kidney weed), lippia, zoysia
NOT SUITABLE FOR
- Extreme Green is not recommended for use on plants other than lawn grasses and lawn substitutes. However, if there is any overspray, it will not harm your garden plants
- Do not use on lawns less than 8 weeks old - from germination of seed or installation of instant turf. Use Scotts Lawn Builder Starter on new lawns
- Do not use if the temperature is expected to exceed 30 degrees C - wait for a cool spell
HOW IT WORKS
- Unlike most liquid fertilisers which are readily washed off plants, Extreme Green binds to leaves, stems and soil particles and will not wash off once dry
- Easily absorbed, soluble nitrogen results in rapid greening within days of application

Note: To determine the size of your lawn, multiply the length x width in metres 1 large stride = approximately 1 metre
How do I apply it?
- Shake the bottle well before attaching to the hose - ensure the thumb switch is in the OFF position first
- Tighten the hose connector on the handle prior to connecting the hose; turn the hose tap on
- Slide the thumb switch to the ON position to feed and green your lawn or slide to the WATER position to just water your garden
- Walk slowly using a sweeping action to evenly distribute the spray over the measured lawn area (the bottle should empty in approximately 8 minutes
- For accurate dispensing check the handy view strip on the side of the bottle
- When finished, switch to OFF position and turn hose tap off

WHEN TO USE
- Extreme Green may be applied at any time of the year, although results may be slower during Winter
- Best applied a day or so after mowing and when rain is not expected
- Avoid using during weather extremes - frosts or heatwaves

The Easy Sprayer is manufactured to deliver the product at a dilution of 85 : 1 (85 parts of water to 1 of product). This ensures the 1L hose-on bottle will cover up to 180m2 with an effective supply of fertiliser
When the Easy Sprayer bottle is not being used or is being carried/transported, ensure the thumb switch on the handle grip is in the OFF position to prevent leakage
