No, that’s the magic in Patio Magic! - just apply with a sprayer, watering can or use the battery powered sprayer onto your chosen surface, leave to fully dry for up to 6 hours and that’s it.

Always apply Patio Magic! on a calm dry day and do not apply if rain is expected within 6 hours. Patio magic! will not perform as well in cold temperatures and frosty conditions.

Protection will normally last up to 6-9 months after the first treatment. Subsequent treatments can help extend the life of treatment. Areas that are in the shade or damp will have a reduced period of prevention.

You will normally see the results within 2-4 days but some lichens are harder and may take longer to go.

Children and pets can return to the treated area once it has fully dried. This usually takes up to 6 hours.
