How to use

Shake well before use.

  1. Use either a watering can with a Weedkiller Sprinkle Bar or a fine rose, or a garden sprayer.
  2. Simply snap off (or cut open) the top of the tube and mix with 1 litre of water in a sprayer, or 5 litres of water in a watering can and mix thoroughly.
  3. Apply evenly on the area to be treated. Ensure weeds and soil are evenly wetted (on areas of dense or large weed cover, ensure the product makes contact with the soil, to prevent new weeds from germinating).
  4. Wash equipment thoroughly with water after use and dispose of washing or any unwanted dilute product on soil in a waste area away from drains and gutters which is not going to be used to grow desirable plants within two years.

Visible effects in 14 days. Weed death may take up to 28 days.

Where to use

Ideal for gravel paths and drives, along fences and walls. It can be used around established trees and shrubs. Apply carefully making sure the product does not contact the foliage or trunk of these plants.

How often to apply

Apply Weedol Pathclear Weedkiller to an area only once each year.

Cautions

Contains glyphosate and diflufenican.

Use weed killer products safely. Always read the label and product information before use.

Q1: How do I use the tubes?

A1: Shake the tube well, add contents to 1 litre of water in a sprayer and apply to 20 square metres or add contents to 5 litres of water in watering can and apply to 20 square metres. Apply on a dry calm day.

Q2: How long does it take to kill the weeds?

A2: It can take between 2-4 weeks to kill weeds.

Q3: When can Weedol Pathclear be used?

A3: We advise applying Weedol Pathclear between March - September on a dry calm day when the weeds are actively growing.

Q4: When can children and pets go back on to the treated area?

A4: Children and pets can be allowed back when the liquid has thoroughly dried on the treated area.

Q5: If I don’t use all the tubes in one year, can I use them next year?

A5: Yes, keep the unopened tubes in the box and store the box in a secure cool dry frost free place.

Q6: Can I mix the spray today and use it next week?

A6: No, only mix enough liquid for that day’s spraying as the diluted concentrate will lose efficacy in a few days plus it’s not good practice to leave pesticides in unlabelled containers.
